Features

The FVM Series Double Column Machining Centers are designed for lean, repeatable mass production of large and heavy workpieces for aerospace, power generation, wind turbine, oil exploration, heavy machinery, mining and heavy construction.
The extremely rigid structure combined with an advanced control system provide flexible machining capabilities. Accessories are available to enable the machine to do large part multi-tasking: the capability to complete more metal cutting operations in a single setup or completely finish one raw part in one machine. This reduces part transfers and helps maintain a finished part's accuracy as tiny setup errors accumulate each time a part is re-fixtured.
An extra long, extra wide work space facilitates easy loading and unloading of large workpieces, with models offering load capacities of up to 20,000kgs.
